Chest day.
Well my friend just got back from the USA and he LOVES chest, so today we did chest. He’s a big boy, and I have been training like a madman to try catch him up in the strength game.
Todays workout:
Dumble chest on flat bench (3 sets x 12reps ) 35kg each side, then incline bench, same deal but at 33.5kg then finally cable flies with 26kg each side. Was a good workout and good to finally have a decent training partner for chest again to really getting me fired up! Time for some protein I think!
