Well, I guess I’m an (extreme) endomorph. What do you think ?

I’ve watched TV shows like "downsize me" "biggest loser", It’s certain that it is motivating, but do you know how HARD this is to do the same in REAL LIFE ? And i’m talking about everything, ESPECIALLY DIET. I remember, they took a multis once. But no other supps.I guess they want to change the lifestyle and not focus on the performance itself.

I’m having a hard time trying to apply the same diet. Needless to say, eveything cost alot of money.

Before (Starting Gym in May/June 2008) So i’ve posted pictures on my page. Look at the progress pictures they are from tonight. I’m at my heaviest.
