		<description><![CDATA[Well i think i found a nice gym. 3 months for 174$ +tx , incl. 3 free months. So it&#8217;s 6 months ! Access to Spa, Pool, Sauna, and &#34;vapor bath&#34;, lol.

<p>So I forgot to take my multis and antioxidant today, i will take these tomorrow. I tried Opti-Men with Vitaberry Plus+ for 2 days, and had medium stomach ache (and burn). I don&#8217;t know why. So, MAYBE I will take my multis and antioxidant only on workout days to avoid OD. What do you think ? I&#8217;ve read that vitamins A,C,D,E and K (water solube) can be toxic and actually cause an overdose because the vitamins stays in the system !</p>
<p>Haven&#8217;t tried ragnarok yet. That stuff looks hardcore. Do you know if the beta-alanine present it in, will decrease my performance if i stop taking it ? Thanks.</p>
<p>As for the Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold, the 5 lbs tub was FULL of powder (I once bought a tub of ON classic whey in a local store, the tub was half empty) So THUMBS UP, the tub is FULL of powder.</p>
