					<description>I am sorry you don't have anyone nearby to share this special passion.  Thankfully I have a couple of people that are really supportive of my desires and my passions for training, but the people I want to impress most tell me flat out they don't understand why I am doing this.  My mom keeps telling me I am &amp;amp;#34;too skinny,&amp;amp;#34; which is strange because I am the largest female in my family...  Oh well... tangents.  Just keep in mind there is an awesome group of supportive people here that love training.  We might be far away, but we are support just the same.  I wish you the best!</description>

					<description>This website is way off!! There is no way you are 40% Body fat. Seriously. And for 250 lbs, 112 grams of protein isn't even enough for maintaining current muscle. You shoulder be getting 250 to 280 grams of protein daily. But I bet you already knew that =/</description>
