Chest/Shoulders:
Vertical Bench Press… 100 lbs x 10, 3 sets *Up 10 lbs

Back:
Seated Row Machine… 120 lbs x 10, 3 sets *Up 10 lbs

Arms:
Alternating Bicep Curl… 20 lbs x 10, 3 sets

back from the workout.

That was great.

5 mins cardio

Arms:
Aternating Bicep Curls.. 20 lbs x 10, 3 set Gain: +5 lbs
Single-Arm Seated Overhead Triceps Extensions… 12 lbs x 10, 3 set : -3 lbs

Chest/Shoulders:
Vertical Bench Press… 1st and 2nd set: 80 x 10, 3rd set: 90 x 10 Gain: 10 lbs

Back:
Seated Row Machine.. 1st and 2nd set: 100 lbs x 10, 3rd set: 110 lbs x 10 Gain: 10 lbs

Legs:
Leg Press.. 1st and 2nd set: 90 lbs x 10, 3rd set: 100 lbs x 10 Gain: 10-30 lbs

Abs…. x 10, 2 sets

Yeah, forgot to do them in order. Will do better tomorrow.

The weight are heavier for sure.

Stats:
5′5 - 234.5 lbs (was 240)
Body Fat 36% (was 36.2%)

So this is the first day of training today.. Should I wait until Monday to do it ? Snowstorm today. And I need a pair of shoes.
