Hard……
I’ve watched TV shows like "downsize me" "biggest loser", It’s certain that it is motivating, but do you know how HARD this is to do the same in REAL LIFE ? And i’m talking about everything, ESPECIALLY DIET. I remember, they took a multis once. But no other supps.I guess they want to change the lifestyle and not focus on the performance itself.
I’m having a hard time trying to apply the same diet. Needless to say, eveything cost alot of money.

True. Supplements are just little helpers though, they only bolster the actual work done.
How long have you been at this? I feel like there’s a sticking point that is causing a lack of results.

march-feb 2k7, then i took a break since it was a PITA to go to the gym (no the workout, but the method used to go to it!)
And now i’m starting again..

Ah. Yeah, in the beginning it takes a while for the momentum of your body to slow down, and finally change direction. For me it was 2 months without tangible results.
