Yeah. Well. Fat burners. Cutting Diet.
I’m just gonna bulk and HIIT cardio. Along with a diet of course. But no fat burners.
A friend of mine made a remix of Rammstein - Du hast. But with voices from Starcraft ! I’m gonna put that in my MP3 playe r!!
Imagine this: Rammstein - Du Hast but with voices such as "You keep pushing me boy !" "I haven’t got all day" "I don’t have time to f*ck around !" "I want to be all I can be" "KEEP IT UP…I DARE YA" "Tadadadadam Tadadadadam" "You know what I think ill join up" "What’s your problem man ?" I want to try ragnarok so bad, but My gym membership starts June,9 (they are rebuilding the gym)..
So Can I try ragnarok just to feel the rush ? Or is it dangereous because it contains NO, Creatine, etc ?

Well i think i found a nice gym. 3 months for 174$ +tx , incl. 3 free months. So it’s 6 months ! Access to Spa, Pool, Sauna, and "vapor bath", lol.
So I forgot to take my multis and antioxidant today, i will take these tomorrow. I tried Opti-Men with Vitaberry Plus+ for 2 days, and had medium stomach ache (and burn). I don’t know why. So, MAYBE I will take my multis and antioxidant only on workout days to avoid OD. What do you think ? I’ve read that vitamins A,C,D,E and K (water solube) can be toxic and actually cause an overdose because the vitamins stays in the system !
Haven’t tried ragnarok yet. That stuff looks hardcore. Do you know if the beta-alanine present it in, will decrease my performance if i stop taking it ? Thanks.
As for the Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold, the 5 lbs tub was FULL of powder (I once bought a tub of ON classic whey in a local store, the tub was half empty) So THUMBS UP, the tub is FULL of powder.

Here’s how I think this works for canadian order
Alright so it took 2 week to my order before moving from Mississauga to Montreal.So I guess it goes like this:1)USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days), requires ~3-5 days to get to the customs
2)Order gets held at the custom for 2 full weeks incl. weekend (Order not moving from Mississauga in “track a parcel” from canada post website)
3) on the 4th week you will see that it’s been processed at the facility in Mississauga and Montreal the same day. Your “standard service delivery date” will be set to three days later (i.e I had May 13th as a delivery date, but it arrived in montreal after 2 weeks on May 18 or 19, so now my delivery date is May,21st.)
So, for Canadian/Quebec order, you should count 4 weeks. 1 to get to the customs, 2 for being held at the customs, and one for shipping to your door.
I hope this will help many canadians to understand why it takes so long.

Might as well order 1 month in advance.

Well, my order is still in mississoga. Sorry to complain that much about the customs, but it’s a PITA when I have to order my supps 3 weeks or 1 month in advance. This is way too long ! There’s waiting a couple days, that’s ok, but not entire WEEKS or AN ENTIRE MONTH! (This happened before)
And this is with Canada Post EXPEDITED Parcel. Unacceptable.
I guess no one have to wait THAT LONG for their supps BUT ME !
Ok, I’m Frustrated.
