For those of you who have trouble finding you body fat percentage there’s a nice website.

This website is way off!! There is no way you are 40% Body fat. Seriously. And for 250 lbs, 112 grams of protein isn’t even enough for maintaining current muscle. You shoulder be getting 250 to 280 grams of protein daily. But I bet you already knew that =/
