Arms:
Aternating Bicep Curls.. 20 lbs x 10, 3 set Gain: +5 lbs
Single-Arm Seated Overhead Triceps Extensions… 12 lbs x 10, 3 set : -3 lbs
Chest/Shoulders:
Vertical Bench Press… 1st and 2nd set: 80 x 10, 3rd set: 90 x 10 Gain: 10 lbs
Back:
Seated Row Machine.. 1st and 2nd set: 100 lbs x 10, 3rd set: 110 lbs x 10 Gain: 10 lbs
Legs:
Leg Press.. 1st and 2nd set: 90 lbs x 10, 3rd set: 100 lbs x 10 Gain: 10-30 lbs
Abs…. x 10, 2 sets
Yeah, forgot to do them in order. Will do better tomorrow.
The weight are heavier for sure.
