I’m back from 300.
Awesome. I’m gonna get the Blu-Ray / DVD when it comes out. Truly awesome.
For the workout and pump:
I felt energized through the workout. I felt like i could pump iron for hours.
My workout:
10 mins cardio (suck) Heart Rate between 148 and 161
Leg press (suck) 3×12 reps - 70 lbs.
Bicep Curls - 3×12 reps - 20 lbs. But i felt like I could do it for 5 sets
"Back Machine" - 3×12 reps - 100 lbs.
Vertical Bench Press - 3×12 reps - 70 lbs
Abs - 2×12 sets - Then pains comes in.
Pump works great I guess. I passed through the biceps curls sets easy whereas Monday it was a pain to finish the second set.
I have not taken Nitro and my protein shakes, Had to go see 300, but I did go to subway to eat. 6" Tuna sandwich, with every vegetables available, no vinaigrette / no mayonnaise.
So i’m going to drink a shake right now. I’m pretty happy with the results - hope I will not be more sore than after Monday training - couldnt move for 3 days, but this time I pushed more.
