Biceps Curl, 15 lbs , 3 set of 20
Dorsal(sp) machine, 100 lbs, 3 set of 12
Vertical Bench Press, 70 lbs, 3 set of 12
Leg Press, 70 lbs, 1 set of 12
Sit-up, 2 sets of 10
Got a nice endorphins rush. I rarely feel it. But it’s nice.
I’m starting Cuts on Monday. Taking Pak… and will start Flex too.
