Fixed my diet ! I have a good idea of what it will be. Something like this:
7h00AM Cuts/Pak/100g cooked oats with 60g whey
10h00M Meal 2 200g chicken breasts (skinless, extra lean), 200g veggies
13h00PM Meal 3 200g chicken breasts (skinless, extra lean), 200g veggies
16h00PM Meal 4 200g chicken breasts (skinless, extra lean), 200g veggies
PW: Cuts
17h00-16h30PM Workout
PWO: Protein Shake
19h30M Meal 5: 200g chicken breasts (skinless, extra lean), 1/2 serving whey, 200g veggies
22h30: Sleep
I still have some things to fix, but that’s about it. Gotta love chicken…and I do.
