Just ordered a Bodybuilding.com Water Bottle, AccuFitness MyoTape, Bodybuilding.com Gym Bag, and one Bodybuilding.com Towel.
Can’t wait to receive those items. I also ordered another Pak.

The website is back !
here’s my workout today
Biceps Curl, 15 lbs , 3 set of 20
Dorsal(sp) machine, 100 lbs, 3 set of 12
Vertical Bench Press, 70 lbs, 3 set of 12
Leg Press, 70 lbs, 1 set of 12
Sit-up, 2 sets of 10
Got a nice endorphins rush. I rarely feel it. But it’s nice.
I’m starting Cuts on Monday. Taking Pak… and will start Flex too.

Fixed my diet ! I have a good idea of what it will be. Something like this:
7h00AM Cuts/Pak/100g cooked oats with 60g whey
10h00M Meal 2 200g chicken breasts (skinless, extra lean), 200g veggies
13h00PM Meal 3 200g chicken breasts (skinless, extra lean), 200g veggies
16h00PM Meal 4 200g chicken breasts (skinless, extra lean), 200g veggies
PW: Cuts
17h00-16h30PM Workout
PWO: Protein Shake
19h30M Meal 5: 200g chicken breasts (skinless, extra lean), 1/2 serving whey, 200g veggies
22h30: Sleep
I still have some things to fix, but that’s about it. Gotta love chicken…and I do.

April wil be hardcore. Cardio and cutting like crazy !
Starting Animal Cuts too. Hope this will help.
Supps I’ll be using: Animal Pak, Animal Cuts, Animal Flex (for my knees). ON Whey Classic too.
Might buy a bike so that I will be able to do more cardio.
Might buy a scale.
Might buy a water bottle and a measurements tape, so that I can complete my body stats.
I will sure post here ! Even if I think that my blog ain’t popular.

So I used some calculators on bb.com.
I should do 30 mins cardio after my weight training. 75% HR = 149, 85% HR = 168 for me.
I’m going to stick in between.
About caloric intake. 240 lbs / Male / Body Fat over 28%, to lose 5 pounds per week (which is maybe too much)
I should eat 949 calories / day. I don’t know if this is right, but another calculator told me that I should eat 2100 calorie or so per day.
949 Calories:
Proteins: 95 Grams
Carbs: 95 Carbs
Fat: 21 Grams
That’s too complicated to calculate. The deeper I go about the sport, the bigger I learn, and now I realiased that past nutrition , is calculated nutrition. I don’t know if I should calculate all this. Maybe just eat and workout. Be happy. However results would be less, I know.
