Damn, Animal Pak pills are hard to swallow. Oh and - There’s 11 of them.
Not to mention Nitro and Cuts. I haven’t tried those.
I don’t know if I will be able to take Animal Pak ever day. Pills freaks me out.
And those are are to swallow as hell.
Not to mention yellow-greenish-neon-citrus-color pee.

Yeah, welcom to why I take my multi in liquid form… As for the rest, just means you’re flushing a lot of nutrients and/or toxins. Need to drink more water!

Yeah.. must be better in liquid. Is there any sign I should stop taking all those pills ? about the toxins and/or nutrients, Actually, is it only that I pee what were in the pills because I’m on off day and not exercising ? I will definately check my water intake.. thanks alot
