Can’t Wait Any Longer.
I would really like those supp. to arrive today. Ahh.. I think I ordered Cuts for nothing, I should have taken Pump instead. Too bad. Maybe next month.
That’s really expensive for a poor student, that is.. between 150 and 250$/month. (cad).. That’s some serious money ! Although that’s a motivational factor (don’t wanna pay for nothing). It seems that it’s the best stuff available.
I saw an ads about a gym who want a part-time janitor. Maybe I should. That would make a little extra money for the supp, and maybe I would have some kinds of extras in the gym.
As far as my workout program goes.. yeah, I need to make one. My book is in french so.. hard to find the english name of the movement.
And for nutrition.. well. I learn that chicken, tuna, rice, needs to buy bought in family size, lol.
I will keep posting ! Just watch ever day.
And while my body is really a mass of fat, I’m not really ashamed to show it. As Rocky said; "What’s wrong with being toe to toe saying "I Am" ?".
I might look really fat and ugly, but that also means that I can only ameliorate myself with workout. So, I keep believing that I can achieve great changes. See ya in a gym in March !
By the way, appart from Chicken, Tuna and Rice, if you have more suggestion of meals and nutrition, I would gladly appreciate. Thank you very much, and, as they say, enjoy the show !

Asian food! (Well, except most "American Chinese" since it’s all fried and loaded with sodium…) I love Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese food. Whenever possible, ask for brown rice instead of white. Just avoid the stuff that has a lot of soy sauce on it. Asian’s usually less expensive and its easy to change up which meat you get in the dish depending on what you’re hungry for.

Sushi are good. However some say it’s full of mercury.
My only asian cheat food are general tao chicken - friend chicken with a sauce with alot of sugar. I can’t help it, it’s too good.

Sushi’s actually very good for you. If mercury was that big of a problem I’m pretty sure all of Japan would’ve quit eating it a long time ago, heh. A lot of sushi is cooked, too, and the actual volume of fish consumed, versus something like a fish oil supplement, really doesn’t pose much of a risk.

Yeah I guess. I heard that Maya Civilisation was eating only fish and lived as long as 160 years old. Altho the fish were not contaminated with thousands of toxins and mercury at that time. I don’t know what is the minimal / maximal sushi to eat in a month, but it must be pretty limited. You can’t eat it on a regular basis I think. I don’t know about Omega 3 pills, however Inuit that lives up north eat alot of fish and are in good health. There is more and more study about Omega 3. It was a boom and hype some years ago, now it seems to calm down. I don’t know if it still has benefits. Sure, thousand years ago it seemed to be nice, but today with all the toxins and polluted waters.. who know if it’s not turning everything into poison. Or little poison over time. It is as they wanted to make people sick. This is a big conspiracy maybe. Sure they can say that mcdonald’s or sushi are good from time to time, we eat so tin amount. Don’t get me wrong , I HATE fastfoods, and I don’t like it, however, even in sushi, or in more and more product, it’s like if they were polluting everything with a little poison to make people sick. That’s the feeling I have. FDA and Health scientist bans more and more substance everyday. What are we left with ? Crumbles. Bread crumbles. I think they hide more and more of what acutally works, and make us pay fortune for a little product that only works 1/4 times. Anyway, that was my opinion on today’s society !
