			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Good workout yesterday.  Bis and Tris superset. For being back in the gym for only a short time, I was surprised on how heavy I was able to go. After I got home, arms were pretty fatigued, I had a hard time shaving my head.  This morning, not as sore as I thought I&#8217;d be, but I can definately feel it.  A surprise at the gym as well yesterday.  I showed up and my son and dad were there working out.  How great is that, three generations lifting together.

		<description><![CDATA[My body is feeling pretty good.  Typical soreness you get with a long layoff and I find my endurance isn&#8217;t what it used to.  Just a matter of time.  I uped my cardio to 30 mins a day.  I&#8217;ll post some pictures soon.
