I need advice on building my chest.
Saturday, July 14th, 2007I need some good sound advice on a good chest work-out. I’ve been doing a regular bench press and then I changed to a reverse grip bench press. I usually do 4 sets of 8 reps and I do a dumbbell press also 4 sets of 8 reps and I also work out on a Pec-dec Machine. I usually do an incline and decline bench press both 4 sets of 8 reps. I thought about adding 3 sets of 3 going heavier with each set but it’s hard trying to benchpress without a spotter.
