I need advice on building my chest.
I need some good sound advice on a good chest work-out. I’ve been doing a regular bench press and then I changed to a reverse grip bench press. I usually do 4 sets of 8 reps and I do a dumbbell press also 4 sets of 8 reps and I also work out on a Pec-dec Machine. I usually do an incline and decline bench press both 4 sets of 8 reps. I thought about adding 3 sets of 3 going heavier with each set but it’s hard trying to benchpress without a spotter.

It looks like you have most areas covered. Recently I have been trying drop sets with some good results. These may work for you also. You may also want to try some lifts with more reps. If you get up in the 15-20 range you may get some size results.
