May 11, 20083 months of Hardcore Training. 2 weeks ago I decided I was gonna have a Cardio week, 7 days of cardio 45 min. No Big deal, the next week I felt lazy I took a week off completely from Excercise, big mistake!!! I ate burgers, and fries and drank sodas. lol yesterday I thought, "God I really don’t wanna go to the gym tomorrow." Its soo easy to keep going once you get going. But as soon as you stop, Its so hard to go back. I won’t be doing that again. I went back today and damn it felt good.
