This is how I start my day..I wake up at 6 every morning for my first meal of the day, no i don t go pee first, Don t go look in the mirror or take a shower,Hell i Dont Even take the time to scratch my Nutz, i go straight to the Kitchen, my favorite place of the house!, same F*ckin Routine every day, take out my oatmeal, my banana, 12 Grain toast with 100% peanut butter on it,2 scoops of Whey Protien in my oatmeal,My 4l Jug of water next to my side like its my Wife. and start Munchin, after i rinse it down with a nice cold chug of water THEN i go and take my shower..

The other day ( it was actually night-time ) I was training shoulders. It was 10:30 p.m. I looked around the weight room as I have so many times before, only to realize that once again, I am the only one there. There is a horrible, beautiful silence all around me.
I smash through the sets, one after the other. As I march on, I realize that I am not alone. I carry the hopes and dreams and visions of battles won. I carry the flag for people who don’t have a chance. They are with me. Their voices drive me into a psychotic rage. An inkling of being tired will show its face in my routine.
All of a sudden I say, “**** that. There ain’t no time to be tired. Now is my time. So I dust off the rust and smash the **** out of the weights, the machines, the people who doubt me, the ones who would keep me down, and anything else in my way. I do it for me and mine. I do it for us. I do it for you. And I got no ****ing regrets. When it’s done I will say that I would do it again…
