Update

June 16, 2008

So things aren’t exactly going bad. I was out of the gym for a looong time…3-4 months to be exact - I got too caught up in school work at whatnot. But! Now I’ve been hitting the gym for 2 good weeks, I need to shed a little bit more fat, happy with the muscle I have, but just want to look good for when I hit the college campus in August - Cant wait for that! Right now I’m doing a 5 week Leaning out program I found in the January 2008 issue of M&F

Ground Zero, Destination = Six Pack

The straw finally broke the camel’s back… It’s time to lose fat and I’m willing to face the consequences of 6 weeks with a lack of delicious squandering and midnight snacks. Starting point = 189 lbs with a good amount of fat on me. Now, after 10 days = 182.5 lbs, starting to see a very small amount of difference. I am following a super set get lean workout spread in the April 2007 edition of Muscle & Fitness. Seems to be working so i’ll follow it’s entire which is 4 weeks I think.The day will come when i have abs and I am hoping to give that day to myself as a christmas present, or more realistically a new years present… No worries, I’ll keep you updated.

The end seems incredibly far

Its been almost 5 months now since i’ve started working out seriously. Yes, the weights have been increasing in number on all of my workouts but i am still unsatisfied. Unsatisfied with the way i look, i wish i could lose fat. I wish I didnt have it at all. Why would it be so hard to lose fat and keep gaining strength. Oh how i wish this were possible. If only it was, if only…
