Making Gains
Hey,
So it’s been about a month or so since I got into the whole gym/ working out thing. I am starting to see some results. My arms look fuller and I am making pretty good strides when it comes to handling weight. I guess I’m just a little impatient though. I keep on wanting to have the bodies of some of my friends on BS, but then I remember, it’s just my first month and they’ve been at it for years. It’s nice to have inspiration, but I need to learn how to have patience with my body. Any advice on how to keep myself in check and not try and rush things? What were yall’s biggest problem when u were beginning?
