Well I’ve been slacking lots in the gym/eating route. Got a lot on the plate family/personal wise. Pretty ****ty, but I’m looking at really trying to shed some pounds by February 1st. Kind of as a birthday gift to myself.
If I get any more desperate maybe I’ll try that P9OX. I need something to give me a confidence boost, **** is brutal.

So on the 28th of September, I joined and began this "Introduction to boxing" class at NSD in Calgary. Holy **** it’s tough. The boxing form I’m (and I don’t mean to come off as some pro know it all) fairly comfortable with, but the cardio is just insane. I didn’t think I was as out of shape as I’m being made out to be in this class. I’m just soaked by the end of it. It’s every Monday, with optional Sundays (mainly cardio days) that I think I’ll try to make it to.
Also, trying out this Ephedrine and Caffeine stack I’ve been hearing so much about. You probably have as well, but man, it’s making me run fairly hot. I’ve never been a coffee drinker or anything, but the caffeine isn’t making me go bounce off the walls or anything. This class, the EC stack and my normal lifting days should come for some good results;pending I keep eating well, lower the carbs and keep my protein and calorie intake at proper levels.

Starting to realize how terrible my strength is in some areas of my body. My chest is horrid. I have trouble doing 10 push-ups with my feet up. Really need to start eating properly (starting a diet..tomorrow acctually). Hopefully this helps. Really getting upset with it, but also driving me to just stay in the gym for hours. Tomorrow I want to just..work everything. I know I shouldn’t but I won’t be surprised if after my legs I do bench and some other chest exercises. Took a "starting" picture and it was embarrassing. Will post in the future when I look better..

Did my first day of back on August 11. Holy hell I was destroyed. Did my usual workout, but just couldn’t keep the no rest pace I had going before I had to take a leave from the gym. Felt great though. I’m pretty sore…mainly in the biceps.
Going away for a few days to do some biking at Silverstar…should be pretty fun. Looking forward to coming back and hitting the weights some more.

Well…it’s taken nearly a year and a half, but I’ve finally been able to get all my money for school, and can now finally afford a gym membership. I’ll be signing up at Goodlife fitness, since it’s within walking distance (now I don’t really have an excuse to skip days). I’m looking forward to it. After putting on some terrible weight I’m really short of energy and get tired extremely quick. I’m also really grumpy for the most part and just lay around playing Xbox all day.
I’m not looking forward to seeing how far my lifts have dropped, but I guess it’s the price I pay. I’ll try to get some before/after photos, but I won’t make any promises. It’s pretty embarrassing where I’m at now
