Killer chest workout.

Followed the Kris Gethin Transformation plan today.


Chest and triceps, my chest has always been my worst feature and my most lagging body part, but today felt real good.


Started with a good stretch and then onto my first exercise.


1. Dumbell chest press.


 - 3 sets of warmup, light, just to stretch out and get a feel for the weight. 20kg's 25kg's 30kg's.


 - 2 working sets. Heavy. Deep and Strict. Set 1, 11@37.5kg's. Set 2, 8@42.5kg's.


2. Incline DB flyes.


 - 1 warmup set, light, 20kg's.


 - 2 working sets. Heavy, deep, strict. Set 1, 12@kg's. Set 2, 10@27.5kg's.


3. DB pullover.


 - 3 working sets. Deep and heavy.  Simple 3x10-12@37.5kg's


4. Tricep Rope extensions.


 - 1 warmup set


 - 3 working sets. Heavy 12-8


5. Cable skull crushers.


 - 1 warmup set


 - 3 working sets. Heavy 6-10


6. Over head DB extension


 - 3 sets 10-12 @ 37.5kg's



Battling a cold, couldn't give a damn! Feeling strong and feeling good. Feeling hungry, but not lethargic. Feeling good about it all! Bring on the next 11 weeks.
