Hey, congratulations on deciding to buckle down and get in shape! I think you're doing it for the right reasons from what you've said in this post.

So, you asked for advice for beginners, so I figured I'd offer my 2 cents. First, the Lemon Lime NO-Explode is about a trillion times tastier than Fruit Punch (just to let you know) and you can get it cheaper from ********** than you can from GNC (online or in the store). If you're going to continue stocking up on supplements like you are, you might want to check out online stores first because they're generally cheaper.

Second, your workout program looks strong. It somewhat resembles what I'm currently doing (as far as main bodyparts). Just be sure you get some good cardio in there too. I think doing cardio right after you lift is better for weight/fat loss because your glycogen stores are already depleted (or something like that, says Muscle and Fitness).

Third, just keep on trucking. Push yourself as hard as you possibly can when you're in the gym each and every day. When you leave, it should feel like you can't bend your arms, cross your chest, or walk straight (depending on the bodypart worked). This is good for two reasons. First, since you're only doing one bodypart a day, it proves you're fully exhausting it so it can take advantage of the six day rest until it is done again. Second, you'll feel absolutely thrilled that you worked that hard. Its a great feeling, in my opinion.

So, what's your diet like? I think more than even exercise, that's the most important thing about a healthy lifestyle.

Good luck, and keep up the good work.

I will be honest with you bro since this is not my first try at the losing weight game.
Diet is the key ingredient to your transformation and also the hardest thing to have under control. I have bee at this for a year and it is still hard to keep in track but bro you need to try as hard as you can to get it right.
The road to a six pack start in the kitchen.
