Don’t give up
Hey there, Its been a while. I have been so busy w/school, work and family. I haven’t taken the time to update my progress. I havent been to the gym in a few weeks
I have acquired a home gym, so I have been using that off and on. I have been sticking to my diet very stricktly. I have lost about 30lbs. so far. I am now at 333lbs. I have been riding my bike to school and work everyday. That counts as something. Doesn’t it? With Winter just around the corner I want to get down to 300. I will be incorparating some TAE BO from here till the 1st snow flake falls. As soon as Winter hits. I plan to concentrate on lifting and cut out "all" cardio. I will put on as much mass as possible before Spring. Come Spring I plan to start adding a little cardio and gradually decrease the weights. This will allow for me to burn more fat. "At least thats what makes sense to me" I am sorry i don’t have any digital pics. to post yet. I broke my camera. I plan to put my latest pics up here soon. Till next time…..
