Ok, so here it goes.
I started lifting April 20, 2007
My main goal at this point is to build as much muscle as possible, before I even think about getting cut. I don’t know much about bodybuilding. Although I have been doing alot of research.
At this point I have come to the conclusion that, this will be the easiest phase of my lifting "carreer so to speak". To gain muscle. Due to the fact that I have a great deal of fat to burn. So if I make the best out of every visit to the gym, and focus on packing on that beef. I will find myself getting bigger than I ever imagined..
Of course I know that the eating habits are what will make most of the diffence in my transformation. So I am working at this very hard. I mean very hard!
Like I said, I am new to this; so my feelings won’t be hurt if you feel the need to leave me some constructive critisism..

I will be honest with you bro since this is not my first try at the losing weight game.
Diet is the key ingredient to your transformation and also the hardest thing to have under control. I have bee at this for a year and it is still hard to keep in track but bro you need to try as hard as you can to get it right.
