Just random ramblings.
I deadlift 225lbs for 10 reps. I plan on hitting 315 lbs maybe by September?
I do heavy sets in the beginning and finish it up with light "pump" sets until I am unable to do anymore.
I net over 40 miles a week on my bicycle from riding to the gym, college and home.
I don’t watch what I eat. But I always try to eat clean so I can lower my bodyfat.
I go to the gym 6 days a week and take a Latin dance class 2 nights a week.
I don’t have a life, I go to the gym or go to college. My home is my refuge to eat meals, get sleep, finish homework
