Got drunk…..

Actually made me feel good. This kid was like "Dude, your HUGE!"  When somebody says that to you for the first time, you just have to smile, especially when you have put so much effort into it.

New Weight Scale….

My buddy just bought me a new weight scale for my birthday because he knows im really into gaining right now. This thing has evberything-weight, bodyfat, body water, muscle mass, and a bunch of other shit that I cant even name. Anywhoo, this new weight scale has just destroyed the weight that i thought i had, by about 10lbs. I was shocked, over night I had lost 10lbs. Talk about demoralizing, I thought i was getting closer to my goal. I need some more wieght gain tips after this blowup.

The Weed Workout

 Over the weekend i smoked some bud with my buddies, thinkin it wouldnt have to much of an effect on my workout the next day. SHIT WAS I WRONG! I felt motivated to workout like I usually do, but my body just wasnt functioning right. For instance, while i was benching, I had no stability because my arms kept shaking. I didnt do any less than i should have, but my body just didnt seem ready for the strain. Anywhoo, i wont be smokin anything for a while, cause i dont want to sacrifice my lifts for a few hours of laughing encontrollably.

so i cant work out at the school for about a week, so that meens no bench, squat, cleans, etc. The only thing i have here is an e-z curl bar i weights, so dumbells, and a jump rope. Lucky me, but fighting that mexican kid was so worth it.

is some hard stuff to do if u just started out like i did. I guess it builds cardio endurance and burns calories fairly quikly. Its a really fun exerise to learn how to do. 

 

bad form with lifts

i just had really bad form when i was doin squats the other day. I put on more wight than i should have. When i went down, my back leaned forward, and it totally felt llike it ripped my lower back muscles. I think i got the full workout for my legs even with the bad form cause i was still goin all the way down, but please correct me if im wrong. But anywhoo, im starting to get into sink with how much i should be lifting, and ill definetly remeber to put less when im squating.

Deadlift/Trap Mix

Just found out how easy it was, just do ur deadlift, and when u come up to your peak, u just lift ur shoulders. I completely forgot about the exercise till now.

Stop Pussin around and SQUAT!

Ive figured out how confusing squatting is. I hate it and i love it at the same time. I increased the weight by 30lbs. in a little over a week, and i realized that u just have to empty your mind, shut up, and SQUAT!
