Well I am starting to see some muscle in my legs and arms, now just need to burn off some of the fat that is in and around the muscle. I have also noticed that my right leg is more muscled than the left, which last time this happened to me I had issues with my right knee. So I guess I’m going to have to focus on the left leg a bit more until its about the same as my right leg.

Decided trying to do that would burn me out to quickly so every other day I am doing for now 20 mins HITT cardio on the elliptical.

While a few friends here are drafting up a workout plan that I could use I have done the following this week just to keep in the gym.
Monday morning I did the following:
Barbell Bench Press 1 x 8 x 30lbs (plates total weight)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 1 x 8 x 10lbs (would do 15lbs but we only have one 15lbs dumbbell)
T-Bar Row 1 x 8 x 50lbs
Tricep Pushdown Rope Attachment 1 x 8 x 30lbs
Bicep Cable Curl 1 x 8 x 30lbs
Leg Extension 1 x 8 x 75lbs
Leg Press 1 x 8 x 265lbs
Leg Curl 1 x 8 x 90lbs
Sitting Calf Raise 1 x 8 x 70lbs
Squats 1 x 8 x 50lbs
Decline crunch altnating w/ obliques 2 x 10
Then I turned around and Tuesday night did the same thing and also got on the treadmill and jogged .5 miles in 5:47
Thinking of repeating what I did Tuesday everyday thru Friday having about 24 hrs between workouts, now would that be overkill and would it be better to do cardio before weights or afterward?

Was wondering when posting how much weight was lifted say on barbell bench press do you just put the total weight of the plates or do you and an amount for the bar itself?

Well in the several months I have been over here in Afghanistan I have gone through at least two different workout regimes. I am in the process of drafting up a new one that I hope to stick to during my time remaining over here. First I was just going to go, then I was following what is laid out in the Body For Life program now I’m creating a new one. Once I get it drawn up I will post for you all to see and comment if you would like to on it constructively.
