A trip to Hawaii
Thursday, December 27th, 2007So I was doing really well with my lifting routine. I was in the gym just about every other day and was training hard. I then had a week of difficult finals that really had a huge impact on my gym sessions. I missed days and lost a lot of sleep. Then I get home and find that I cant get to the gym for a week becauseĀ I have no transportation to get there. After that I fly to Hawaii for a vacation and eat and the only type of fitnessĀ I had was swimming and surfing. Needless to say I have lost my gains. I didnt gain any weight i just lost about 5 pounds. Well I am back on the road to eating regularly and lifting so hopefully I can get back to where I was and then surpass that too.
