I can feel My body getting a little run down, Im eating more and seem to be doing less force feeding, weight has shot up like crazy the last 2 weeks! I felt alot of pain on my pressing movment this week and was lifting about 10 pounds less than normal. I think I pushed it way to hard on week 6…..Monday was back and deads so that may have had alot to do with it. I did some good weight on the dead lifts, I think I did about 50 more pounds than I did last week and didnt have to rest as long between sets. Ive pretty much maxed out on the seated cable rows, I took all the extra plates I could find and its still not enough weight for me to push myself so Im doing 8 to 12 reps on that instead of my 4 to 6. Im looking thicker and more cut now that my abs are taking shape. The chest and arms looked bigger this week and the calves are really coming out. I wear shorts all the time now.
So things are going okay, not as happy as I was about last week but the gains are still there.

Gains in strength have still been going up. I threw up 100 pound dumbells on the flat bench today for 2 sets of 5. The last time I did those, about 2 weeks ago, I was only able to do 85s for 5 reps………..My legs and back are still gaining too. Im squating to the floor with 305 on the free bar. I did bent over barbell rows with 305 for 5 reps but sloppy form so Im going to stick with that for another week or so.

Wow, what a hard week of lifting! My body is toast right now. Im maxed out on seated rows. Im lifting the whole stack for ten, good paced, solid reps! Time to move to a similar list with MORE weight. Im also up on my bench and squats from last week. I did some 310 pound squats for the first time. and did some 245 pound presses on the bench 20 pounds more than the last time I benched 2 weeks ago! I cant belive how much pure strength Ive gained from this program. Im not seeing the big jumps in weight like some claim but I have gained 6 pounds in 5 weeks which to me is still pretty damn impressive. I think about a pound of it is fat from not doing cardio but I see some big changes in over all muscle. I hate being that guy that stares at himself in the mirror in the gym but I cant help it! Everything is growing so much more faster. Like when I first started. If youre in a rut or stuck at a weight this will kick you out of it. Joint pain is not bothering me as much, Ive been making myself drink alot more water and I think that may be helping to flush the toxins out some. Im expecting to gain another 7 pounds by the end of the 12 week program which should put me at a 13 pound gain. Ill then take a week off and start over again with a couple more sets per workout.

Strength gains are still climbing! I pressed 95 pound dumbells on the chest this week for 5 reps with perfect form, was only able to do 85 last week. My dumbell shoulder press went from 75 to 80 pounds and I was curling 75 up from 65 last week. This program is great for strength gains and Im gaining 1 pound a week still. I WISH my forearms would stop aching though. I really felt them today after doing upper body monday and tuesday. My Shoulders & traps are extremely sore today to. More than they have ever been.

Ive gained 3.5 pounds in three weeks, My strength has increased dramaticly. Ive added 30 pounds to my overhead press and about the same or more on my bench! I took off three days last weekend and my joints healed and forearms arent bothering me so far this week. I see noticable changes in the whole upper body as far as thickness in everything. This is a good program. My roomate is getting the exact same results eventhough he isnt eating enough.

Ive gotten a little stronger and have gained almost 2 pounds since last week. This is a very good change up fom the higher volume weight lifting with higher reps. This really forces you to build solid muscle. I think my body is still adapting to it some, Ive been pretty beat down and Im having to take off 2 times a week now because its just too taxing on the body. I had to get more in tune and focused to do the weight Im doing but Im figuring it out more and more. The joints really do take a beating so if you have joint pains I wouldnt recommend it. I am very amazed at how much I wasnt lifting though. Ive almost doubled what I was doing on a normal workout and I think its really helping the lagging muscles and overall core strength. I never really targeted the back and abs before this, maybe a little here and there but nothing like I am now. If you follow the program it forces you to use and abuse every muscle in the body.

This is a mass building program that is 12 weeks long and focuses on no more that 6 reps for 9 sets total body parts. I did chest today and was wiped out by the end of the workout which was 15 minutes less than my normal 45 minute routine…Im ver interested to see how the program works. Its supposed to yeild gains of 20 -30 pounds if done correctly no matter your level of training. Well see!

Holly crap I started to notice Im getting stretch marks where my chest/shoulder tie-in is! Ive got two about an inch and a half long on each arm and one on my left bicep about an inch long. I guess this is proof things are good but how do you prevent this? Ive always thought only guys that did steroids got these from there body growing too quickly.
