These past few days I’ve tried different things. Shoulders/legs
Pilates
Back/arms
Just a little taste of what I’ve been doing to keep it going. I’m figuring it’s better for me if I can focus on one goal each day. It really drives me to challenge myself more. So I’m trying to figure out some type of routine I can keep for myself.

Hey there! How has it been coming along with your routines? You have the right idea; you definitely want to isolate different muscle groups on different days.
I’ve found that what helped me most, in that regard, was to post my entire workout routine for the week in the workout program section of the bodyspace page. Number one, that made me develop one
And Number two.. it gave me the accountability of having everybody all up in my business; so I had to step up and follow through with it! LOL

Do you know what works for you, yet? It’s good to try new things and even better change your diet & training about every 4 weeks, but if you don’t discover what works for you you will fall into anything. Learn your body and stay fairly close to that when you switch…
