Yay!!!
I lost 5lbs. Okay 5 down 25 more to go. This was a surprise I got at the end of my workout today. I had no idea that I was already loosing weight but I’m damn sure glad to see it go. Today I did 150 cruches. varying between bicyles, regular, and pike crunches (a lil something I learned from cheerleading.) Some squats along with staggered dead lifts, bent knee deadlifts and my arm routine. Then I did some dancing in high heels. My sister says it tones your legs but either way I can use the skill. My weight loss just put some more fire beneath my feet.

Try adding stiff legged deadlifts to your routine…it will help strengthen your abs and lower back, which will help you maintain a better posture. Good Luck!!!

Thank you. Those are areas I definitely need to work on. Yeah I do the staggered ones to hit my hamstrings and glutes, but the posture will help me do everything better.
