I got a boxing kit yesterday. SoooOOOOOoooo much fun. It’s by everlast and let me tell you I feel like a baaad baaad girl. Boxing makes me feel powerful. I know one thing for sure…I feel sorry for the sucker who tries to creep up on me in a dark alley cuz’ I’m not going down easy. Oh no. lol. I would suggest that every lady go out a get one like it. You’ll love it. I promise you!!!!

Okay guys yesterday I started doing the Samba and I’ve decided that I absolutely love it. It’s even more fun than bellydancing. My legs got an awesome workout. I also got myself an exercise ball and all I can say is that my form is on point now that thing does not allow cheating. Let’s see what else is there….Oh yeah I also purchased a yoga book for meditation purposes but it has become a morning stretch for me. I feel great like rolling around in a field of dasies.

Alight so in all since I’ve began I went from 210 to 165. That’s on a 5′7" frame. I’m my opinion I’m doing good. But there is room for improvement. Today is a no carb day for me that means I give myself two days a week to empty out my extra carb reserve. So hopefully this will allow me to see more shrinking in that middle area. Oh yeah Ab Work*** don’t want to forget to mention I three sets of 20 to the center, to the left, and then to the right. That’s a increase from my normal 15 and I’ll continue to increase weekly.

These past few days I’ve tried different things. Shoulders/legs
Pilates
Back/arms
Just a little taste of what I’ve been doing to keep it going. I’m figuring it’s better for me if I can focus on one goal each day. It really drives me to challenge myself more. So I’m trying to figure out some type of routine I can keep for myself.

Today I did my shoulders, arms, abs, and squats. It was pretty fun and all. The music had me pumped. I listened to old school rap today

Yesterday was a rest day for me. One of my friends from out of town surprised me. It was fun and all but I must say I don’t feel so sexy when I don’t get to work out. I’ll post more after my workout.

I lost 5lbs. Okay 5 down 25 more to go. This was a surprise I got at the end of my workout today. I had no idea that I was already loosing weight but I’m damn sure glad to see it go. Today I did 150 cruches. varying between bicyles, regular, and pike crunches (a lil something I learned from cheerleading.) Some squats along with staggered dead lifts, bent knee deadlifts and my arm routine. Then I did some dancing in high heels. My sister says it tones your legs but either way I can use the skill. My weight loss just put some more fire beneath my feet.

Okay I’m feeling good about my ab routine. Hopefully it’ll pay off in time. Pushed myself today beyond the usual hundred and soon I’ll be adding more. I’m going for looks too. Health is good but hey like I said I want those curves back.

I’ve had a nice little workout. Even a little dancing. I know I’ll feel this in the morning. I have to work on my reverse crunches though. There has to be someway to do them more effectively.
