I have been doing an amazing job of staying on my diet. I went exactally 9 days before I strayed away. Even when I did stray I recognized it … "Had a soda and small fries" left it for what it was, and got back on my diet again for another 6 days straight.
So… I ate literally perfectally with exactally 185 grams of protein per day and 1316 calories, I drank 1 gallon or more of water each day and slept for at least 7 hours every night.
My workouts were Monday-Friday chest,abs/back,bi/legs,abs/Shoulders,Tri/full body streatching ….. I would do 20 mins of HIIT monday tues wed thurs and an hour of jogging on Friday
Then I would take Sat/Sun off.
What gives? I lost 2 lbs and my bf% only dropped by 1…… This was so devastaiting.
I Have a spreadsheet I printed out to have somthing to write each day and track my meals and workouts. I keep shuffling through the 15 pages of notes and logged info and Im at a loss…
On paper I should have lost bodyfat in a mass amount but I must have done somthing wrong. I just dont know what.
Im really frustraited.. Im not motivaited at all… but Im not a quitter either.

I have been tietering back and forth with my diet between clean, and just down right nasty eating. I have decided to try and keep some what of a timeline for myself. So today will begin this weeks eating timeline….
This being said; I really hate those blogs that are like "12 19 2008.. I ate well today" and that’s it! WTF?!
So dont worrie. I will continue to keep it personal and involved.
Anyway, I worked my tookuas off today in the gym. I did a shoulder/back/bie/and Tri compilation workout. Mainly because I skipped about half of my weekly workout. "stupid I know" but sometimes we as people fail. The thing that matters is gettting back up. "or so I hear" I do personally think there is a lot to be learned from "WHY" we failed. I could go on for @ least 15 paragraphs about the WHY but I wont. I do think its important for us to acess the why and learn from it.
Happy Training!

So I was woken up this morning by my wife who was seductivley perched on the bed,… She leaned in close and nibbled my ear and whisperd; "How about a quicky?" I was definantly awake!
Needless to say I was like… YEAH!
She pulled the covers down and ran her hands over my chest and said; "Good! …. The Gym is waiting. Now put some clothes on and get going. You start your HIIT today."
Just like you…. I was crushed.
The cardio went well and I feel better than if I was logging 5-10 miles in a constant pace…
I am stoked for the fat loss!!!!
LOL —- to anyone who actually read this post: Sorry for the let-down!

Yeah. I said it…. As you can tell by my less then stellar physique, I dont like cardio. I have tried to do lots of stuff; I started Basketball, That just made me want to stop lifting cause it messed with my shot. I tried tennis…. lmao what a joke. So then my marathon running wife suggested long distance running… Ill tell ya… when I hit about 5 miles I want to shoot myself in the face.
I looked up HIIT training and im gonna try that now. Not to sure if it’s done best on the bike or the Treadmill so ill just alternate unless anyone has some info on which is better.
I am currently in a cut phase, "I guess" …….. Long story short I have to much fat either way. I really want to lose about 10lbs.
Also….. because I am such a bodybuilding noob. Should I keep lifiting even when I do my cardio? I ussually lift in the morning and do cardio later that night but my plan was to: LIFT-cardio one right after the other.
ANYwAY…. all comments will be helpfull!
P.S. ……. Sorry for the wall of text.

Today is the compilation of the aftermath for me. I was a walking wreck through the holiday… I ate whatever was in front of me and didnt hit the gym for a week! I should Probablly go to confession for what I did to my body. lol JK.
I pulled my head out of my ass this morning and jumped back on the perverbial wagon.
This week is going to be hard, Turning down soda’s and treats is always hard for the first couple days but then im good.
I am sure i’ll find the support I need in this group…. you guys are my inspiration as of late. I love browsing the mamber pics and seeing the monsters that lurk in the gallleries.
Thanks for all your help.

Well I had a REALLY good workout today and decided to post some progress pics… I think they showed the hard work i’ve been putting in. Im still going to continue to train hard and update all my stats at the end of the month.
I think one of the coolest things is that i had 2 people look at my new pics today and both left me some comments! That really motivaited me… I know there are a ton of people on here in waaaaay better shape then me but its nice to know people still root for the "little-outta shape" guy.

My plan is to get as much rest as possible over the next 2 day’s and then I’m back at it. I cant afforde to get sick right now!

Well….. I started over at the end of August. My wife and I moved from Indiana to Phoenix in late August and I decided once we moved there I would cancel my WOW account and begin "really" working out.
I did! Wha-hoo 4me!
So on September 1st I started light lifting and cardio. As the day’s past by I just kept at it.. now I walk the 2.5 miles to my work and run home at night. I’ve done that for 2 weeks straight now and totaled 45 miles of extra activity just by not driving to work. I lift every morning, and have really started to increase the intensity of it now that i have my form down.
I am going to start posting at least once a week.
Keep Ya posted!

So this week was pretty boring. I made it to the gym every day, but all I did was play ball. I was hoping to get into the weights alittle bit but the locker-room is down where the court is and i have to walk past it to change and by the time I get changed and come out I am ready to play ball…. not lift.
I think the way I can fix this is to put my headphones on before I leave the Locker-room. I’ll try that this week.
I feel leaner and more active since I started though and thats a good thing.
One week down!
