My hobby, making wallpapers
So I love my hobby! I take the photos of already well defined sculpted bodybuilders and do what's called "photo re-touching". Then I create wallpapers. It's basically what every designer/artist does with a photographers' pictures. In most cases most of the hard work to make the model look fantastic is taken care of at the time of the photoshoot with the help of makeup, lighting, angles etc. and of course a really expensive camera and lenses. Then the next step from the photoshoot is to upload it to the computer where the designer uses Photoshop to "re-touch" the photos. Fixing up odds and ends to make it look prestine and super sensational magazine quality takes a keen eye, and patience and experience. It's fun sometimes, and other times its frustrating. I have my degree in Graphic Design so it's something that I've been doing now since I graduated in 1997. I use Photoshop CS which is an amazing tool that every designer and photographer should have in their toolbox.
Here are some examples of wallpapers I did for two BodySpace ladies:

When I'm working with models or photographers, I ask them to send me the original photos, untouched. I also need them as high resolution, large format .jpeg files. Then I go to work. So far I've worked with Dawn Melanie, and Ivy78. I have a few "famous" bodybuilders who I'm working with now and you can look for some new work as early as the end of this month. So keep a look out! I do charge a low fee for my work so if you are ready and willing, I'm all for it.

There are many ways that the body can be transformed. Personally I've tried mostly to gain lean muscle and add some size and weight to my body. Everyone must go thru experimentation of what is going to make you hit the gym and hit the gym hard everytime. It could be once a week or 5x a week but every session should be a personal experience that leaves you feeling good about YOU when you are done sitting there in a puddle of sweat exasperated. I don't think you should hate to lift, or make exuses, it should be something you think about, you look forward to it because hopefully you feel better accomplished upon finishing because you know your pushed and challeged yourself for that hour or that 30mins.
This brings me to how long an individual should work out to meet their specific goals, which simply means, what is going to make them happy. I would like to ask whoever reads this, their opinions, their thoughts on what they are doin to achieve their goals. It's not right, its not wrong, its what makes them happy. I'll put my opinion down below.
Currently what makes me happy is 1 set full body workouts. I push hard and move fast from one to the next with a rest time of about 30-90 seconds. I hit every major muscle working on Compound movements and finish off with more of the smaller muscles, i.e. curls and extensions or calves. My body gets a great workout in under 45mins. With a good eating routine I get the energy and the definition I want. This is not to say I won't change or break my routine on any given day. I could wake up and say, hell, I wanna do 3 sets of pulls and pushes today and thats what I'm gonna do. If that's gonna make me happy then I'll do it. And so, for those who aren't bodybuilders and are just laymen who want to be physically fit or physically ready (for anything), just do what you want when you want how you want, but lift hard, go all out!
