I have found out an easy way to eat oatmeal. Put dry oatmeal directly in your protein shake three time a day. It tast good and it is much faster than cooking it.

I’ve actually done that!! I also add dry oatmeal to my meatloaf when I make it. I don’t mind the oatmeal in the meatloaf, but am still trying to find a meatloaf recipe using turkey that tastes good! lol

Are we talking about the instant oatmeal, or the old fashion kind that takes like 20 minutes?

I take uncooked o/f oats, put them in a mug, add cinnamon, skim milk and Splenda and eat them just like that. I must prefer them that way than cooked.
