Happy Labor Day!
So this morning I decided would be a perfect day to hit the gym. I mean, everyone is getting ready for cookouts and such, right? Wrong, they were all at the gym, it was totally packed. I managed to get some work done though, when my machines weren’t stolen right from under me. I thought leaving my water bottle on the seat would be enough of a hold, but I guess not.
Smith squat: 20×12, 40×12, 50×12,70×8,90×6
Cable stiff legged Dead lift: 55×12, 60×12,70×12 stolen
Reverse step lunges off step:16×3x15lbs
Standing calf raises: 12×3x60lbs
Abs, jump rope x 12minutes
I hurt now.
