HIIT
So after a disappointing progress pic event this morning I found myself at the gym. I gave my legs a beating with box squats, deadlifts, lunges, side lunges, and kickbacks, then attempted HIIT. I don’t know if it was the fact that my legs were beat, or if I have horrible endurance but I only ended up doing 5 intervals. I do 30 sec/ 30 sec intervals of jog and sprint. I found myself pushing really hard a couple of weeks ago and getting up to 8, but today I got 5 and that was all I had. Do you think 5 for small fat loss is enough, or should I get off the pitty train and push myself a bit more?

Nothing disappointing about the Pics
. As for the HIIT training, I cant imagine anyone pushing out a high number of intervals after a serious leg workout like that. I only suggest seperating the HIIT training from the resistance, that should give you the energy and strength to push out more intervals. Good luck.
