So I just got back from a lovely Florida vacation, where I did nothing but cheat.  I know that it sounds bad, but I was so stressed out from hoping that I had done everything right and working so hard, I think my body enjoyed the much needed break.  I am back in the grind now, no more alcohol, and only clean eating.  I hope that my metabolism is refueled and ready to work for me…time will tell I guess.
