Well i got some exciting news today.. I qualified as a personal trainer!! Im so excited for what the new year brings as Im checking out quite a few interesting options at the moment and I cant wait to get started as it will be a huge motivation for me working with people an on myself!! It is definitely going to a great challenge but I look forward to it and hopefull I can help some people transform themselves and there outlook and attitude towards fitness and health!!
