I can not wait for bulk season, I have so many workout ideas but don’t have a clue what I want to do. In the meantime, I will recover from my weighted dips.

Monday is here and the workout is changing, going into 7 weeks of strength training. Its going down…yea

Monday’s workout was death. Besides college ball, it was most tiring workout I ever tried. (Bench, Squat, Bent Rows, and Straight leg dead lift) + ABS

My whole body is sore….man…need water, calories, and glutamine
