What do you consider all natural.
I have heard of people saying that they are all natural, but take everything under the sun but steroids. When something alters your "sensors, receptors, DNA Chains, or activates / blocks" things that my (University) biology professor can’t explain something is not right. I am not going to knock people who take things that would get them banned from natural bodybuilding because thats them, but don’t bark too quickly saying you are all natural because of non-steroid use. Know what I mean? What you guys think, and bring some evidence! - Clincher and Econn778

I would like to agree with you Clinch. Here is my take. Since I have been training for Natural Competitions, I have been doing all types of research. All Natural has been viewed to be one that does not take steroids. But in fact there are supplements that changes your "God giving cell" When a product will freezer your ability to get to have muscle fatigue while lifting NOT NATURAL. When a supplement increases your ability to utilize your "own" testosterone NOT NATURAL. Even though people get the feeling that steroids are the only things that will make you NOT NATURAL think again. When it comes to the final drug test during a competition, a test will show 5 years of supplemental usage, and if there is a slightly higher level of anything even caffeine will get you banned for life…If you think I am talking out the side of my neck check out this site……www.naturalbodybuilding.com then click on failed athletes. nice workk bro
definetly dont agree with you about "all natural".
in the rules books in BB. all natural mean not "synthetically enhanced" period. i.e test, tren, deca, aas. anything else is nothing more than "supplements" just like viatemns

DROCKER-
Eh, its all good. I have been doing some research and some things are not bad at all. There are just questionable products that I would not take just for the sake of my health. Most products have not been out long enough to see longterm affects. I keep a Multi, CEE, NO, Protein, Joint, ZMA, and BCAA supplements. I think that does the trick unless you want to seriously compete.

true dude,
Last summer i went to a few BB shows ( all natural ) it’s funny cuz there were 10 guys and out of the ten 3 couldn’t participate cuz of some of the supplements in the body building magazines that the judges pointed out were borderline cousins to steriods. Even though the supplements they were taking were advertised as "all natural". I was like wut? that must suck. One of the guys threw the mag at one of the judges and walked out….
