Well this is my first Blog. Im not sure im even doing it write. Some one ask what my workout was like….well its pretty lame!! i am able to keep BF under control but cant seem to gain any real size. My diet is relitivle clos to what it should be…maybe a few calories lite but i would really like to see a sixpack by summer. i have one. sometimes to proten shackes a day. my card are probably a litle lite but im really looking for that sixpack!!! I cario for 20 minutes a day 5 days a week. i do the 2 min@40% 1 min @90% keeping the heart rate up and down. I have read that is the best way to burn calories, I workout Mon Wed and Fri. Im in the gym for about 60 to 70 Min, doing a whole body workout, this may be were my problem lies. Looks like you pros work one or two body parts a session, focusing on one area a day. any input would be greatly appreicated.
