"Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12. During Jan & Feb I worked my leags hard, this coupled with keeping carbs low helped me drop BF from 18 to 15%. During Mar and Apr I will be hitting my chest and back hard."

Week 4 Update on Reducing BF% by Spring Advice Needed!!!

I have just completed week four on my mission to reduce BF% by Spring.

I have been eating mostly protein and only a little bit of fat and carbs. I have also been lifting heavy four times per week and getting in about 6-7 hours of cardio.

The bummer is for the third week in a row my BF% is still at 23%

Aney one know what I might be doing wrong??
