Update on a goal to reduce bodyfat by Spring
I have working on reducing my bodyfat for a week at this point. I also want to not loose any mass. So, I have beeen doing heavy lifting wrokouts as well as adding a great deal of cardio.
Last week my weight was 185 and my bodyfat was 25%
This week my weignt is still 185 but my bodyfat is down to 24%. Hoping that this path continues. Will keep posting.
