I hit 175!! I was actually up to 178 for a couple of days. I actually was not expecting to hit this weight until the end of April, but I am Ok with hitting it early. The problem is that my bf% is still too high at 20%. So, I am goring to try and cut for a couple of weeks to see if I cane get it down to 18, and then add the lean weight that I need to hit 175 lbs at a bf% of 18. From there I will cut hard t get down to a 15% Bf or lower and be ready for summer.

I was bulking for about three months. I ate about 180 grams of protein per day, and plenty of additional food, without really worrying about carb or fat intake. It was a fun time. I did no cardio, but I lifted heavy once per week for each body part. Because I wanted to gain size in my chest and my quads, I worked these body parts heavy twice per week.

My stat changes at this point are below:

Weight 157 to 175 +18 lbs cool enough

BF% 16 to 20 +4% not too cool

Arm 16.75" to 17" cool

Forearm 13.25" to 13.25" no change

Quads 22.5" to 24" + 1.5" inches very cool

Calves 16" to 16" no change

Hips 37" to 38" + 1", but I suspect it could be muscle because I did heavy squats

Waist 32" to 34" + 2" not cool, but it should come off when I cut

Chest 45" to 47" + 2" really cool

Shoulders 50" to 52" + 2" also really cool

Picked up 2 lbs this week. I am now up to 173. I just need to pack on two more pounds, and then I will take measurements and reprt new stats. I also increased my bf% to 20. This is not good. I will need to think about how to bring it back down.

I’ve never had trouble gaining weight before! I’ve been eating my normal food and adding 1,000 calories a day in whey protein. I would really appreciate any suggestions of food that will help me add mass without gaining bf.
