This is a good suggestion! I have pretty much cut out cardio. I usually do about six sessions of cardio per week when I am cutting. Do you think it would make sense if i did about 2-3 sessions based on how my bf% reacts. Per your advice I will also cut back on carbs.

					<description>Work in some more cardio, Clem.  That will help you slow down your BF gain a bit during your weight gain.  Slow your carb intake too, keep high in protein. For max effect, do cardio AFTER lifting.  Good luck...your gonna do great!!...geoff.</description>
