Last year I dropped 28 lbs and 40% of my body fat, dropping my overall bf% from 25 to 15%. I began in January and finally accomplished this goal in September. Since then, I have been a kind of lax with my diet, but I have pretty much kept up with my workouts.
At any rate, this year my goal is to gain 10 lbs of lbm. I will start bu bulking up to 175 lbs @ 18% bf, and then cutting down to 170 lbs @15%bf. This will result in an overall 10 lbs of lbm when comapred to the starting weight that I am usinng which is 157 lbs @15% bf
I am also going to track my body part measurements to see where the lbm winds up. My current stats are as follows:
Weight 167, BF% 19, Arm 16.75, forearm 13.25, Chest 45, Shoulder 50, Waist 32, Hips 37, Thigh 22.5, Calf 16
I will be tracking my progress each week.
